Second, When possible do not eat wheat products. Check the labels on bread, pasta and just about everything else! Even whole wheat is unacceptable. Fat loss will happen more quickly if you remove wheat from your diet. Your body will lose weight without the wheat.
Third, some white foods need be removed from your diet like processed cheese, white potatoes, white rice, white crackers and fries. White products such as these are not natural but bleached, processed, fried or hulled white. They are not naturally white. Foods like white meat poultry, white fish, beans (that are white), and cauliflower are acceptable for fat loss.
When you take these three small steps, you already have begun a process that will ultimately take you to a better place - thinner and healthier than ever. Anyone can make these three changes.
