Hydrate yourself with water everyday. As much as possible avoid soda and other caffeinated beverages because it is loaded with calories which can add to your current weight. Other than water, fruit juices that comes from fresh fruits is a great drink because it provides you with essential nutrients for the body. It will aid in flushing out toxins and assist the body to burn fat effectively.
